Each forty-five to ninety minute class follows the same structure: "tuning in" with a short chant allowing one to become focussed and present; breath work, to clear the mind and prepare for exercise; physical movement using postures with a specific result; a guided relaxation, accompanied by soothing music, or silence; and finally a short song to complete the class. Classes 60 minutes or longer also include meditation.

Comfortable, non-restricitve clothing works best for the class. Clients should bring their own sealable water bottle, yoga mat or towel, and a shawl, or sweater, to keep warm during the relaxation.
